As much as I love the summer, the odd rainy day is ideal for staying indoors and making some more music :) I finally finished these two tracks last week.

For the recordings, I had decided to concentrate on getting the purest live sound I could achieve. These minimalist songs were just right for that intention and I've been thinking of them as siblings, who should step out and face the world together.

The artwork is a photograph I really like for its simplicity too, taken by my niece Molly Housego.
